Exploration and Production companies with more than US$2 billion in petroleum-related assets and Service and Supply companies with more than US$250 million in petroleum-related assets subscribe to PA at Major Subscriber rates. Major subscribers include large oil and gas companies, service and supply companies, drilling contractors, pipeline companies and national oil ministries. All other companies and organizations subscribe at General Subscriber rates.

Access to TULSA is provided by four commercial online vendors: EBSCOhost, Ovid Technologies, ProQuest/Dialog and FIZ Karlsruhe . Each of the vendors maintains a website with a proprietary search interface and TULSA database access. To search the TULSA database, you must have an account with at least one of these online vendors.
An online service subscription with PA provides an annual search license that authorizes your organization to access TULSA. You also need to have an account with one or more of the online vendors listed above.

The PA Bulletin is issued the first 50 weeks of the calendar year, so there are no issues 51 and 52. The University of Tulsa is closed for holidays during the last two weeks of the year.
